This policy explains what RoadPro Mobile Mechanic ("RoadPro", "we") collects when you request service or use the RoadPro Customer Portal, how that information is used, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you submit a service request or create a Customer Portal account, we collect the details you enter:

• Name, phone number and, if you provide it, email address
• Vehicle details such as year, make, model and engine
• The service location or address you enter, and ZIP code
• A description of the problem and any notes you add
• Photos or documents you choose to upload

Email address is optional when requesting service. If you supply one, it is used to connect that request to your Customer Portal account so you can follow the work online.

Location information

If you tap the location button on the service request form, your browser asks your permission before sharing GPS coordinates. Location is never collected without that permission, and you can decline and type an address instead. To convert coordinates into a readable street address, the request form uses the OpenStreetMap Nominatim service. You can always submit a request without sharing location.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how the website is used. This may include pages viewed, device type, referring website, and advertising parameters such as UTM tags, gclid and fbclid. This helps us measure which advertising brings customers to RoadPro.

How we use your information

• To respond to your service request and dispatch a technician
• To contact you about scheduling, estimates, work performed and payment
• To maintain your vehicle and service history in the Customer Portal
• To issue estimates and invoices and to process payments
• To improve our website, service and advertising

Sharing

RoadPro does not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with service providers that make our service work — for example payment processing, email delivery, mapping and analytics — and where required by law.

Your choices

• You may request service by phone instead of using the online form
• You may decline browser location access and enter an address manually
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information
• You may ask us to stop contacting you for marketing purposes

Security and retention

Customer Portal accounts are protected by a password, and portal sessions are authenticated. We keep service records for as long as needed to support your vehicle history, resolve disputes, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Children

RoadPro's services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date above.
