Terms of Service
Last updated: August 3, 2026
These terms apply to the RoadPro Mobile Mechanic website, to service requests submitted through it, and to the RoadPro Customer Portal.
Service requests
Submitting a request through this website does not confirm a visit. RoadPro reviews each request and contacts you to confirm availability, timing and charges. For urgent situations, calling (407) 218-7537 is always the fastest option.
Service area
RoadPro provides mobile mechanic and roadside services in Orlando and Central Florida. Requests outside the service area may be declined or referred elsewhere.
Charges and approval
- A service-call charge and mileage charge may apply
- Charges are confirmed before dispatch or repair
- Recommended work is presented to you as an estimate
- No repair work proceeds until you approve it
- Additional faults found during diagnosis are quoted separately for your approval
Diagnosis and repair
RoadPro diagnoses faults before replacing parts. Many battery, charging, starting and electrical faults are resolved on location. If a repair requires shop facilities or specialised equipment, you will be told before any work begins. Vehicle condition, parts availability and weather can affect what is possible at your location.
Accuracy of information you provide
Please give accurate vehicle, contact and location details. Incorrect information can delay arrival or prevent service. You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is legally and safely accessible at the location you provide.
Customer Portal accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account
- Account information should be kept current and accurate
- Accounts may be suspended for misuse or fraudulent activity
The Customer Portal is provided so you can follow services, manage vehicles, review estimates, view invoices, make payments and access your service history. Availability of the portal may be interrupted for maintenance.
Payment
Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. Payments may be made online through the Customer Portal or by other methods RoadPro accepts.
Cancellation
Let RoadPro know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. A service-call charge may still apply if a technician has already been dispatched to your location.
Limitations
RoadPro performs work with professional care using appropriate diagnostic equipment. RoadPro is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle conditions, faults unrelated to the work performed, or losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The current version is always posted on this page with the date shown above.
